Founded in Austin, TX, by seasoned campaign operative Mason Reid, our mission was born from a vision of authenticity, transparency, and unparalleled commitment to the campaigns we work with.

Mason Reid - Founder & CEO

Mason Reid is originally from a small, conservative town in Northeast Texas. After coming out at 16, Mason realized that effective and thoughtful communication is the only way to truly change hearts and minds. At 17, Mason moved to Central Texas to be the Communications Director for State Representative James Talarico—becoming the youngest senior staffer in the Texas Capitol. Since 2018, Mason has created and implemented innovative communications programs across more than 15 campaigns, 3 regular legislative sessions, and 5 special legislative sessions. With over 5 years of experience in direct mail, social media management, speech writing, graphic design, video production, photography, and digital advertising, Mason is focused on providing honest answers and creative solutions to move Texas forward.
Antonio Esparza - COO

Antonio Esparza graduated from Southwestern University in 2022 with a degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies. As the former President of Southwestern College Dems, Antonio worked to increase civic engagement and student voter participation. After working on a 2020 Congressional race, he joined Representative James Talarico’s Campaign as an Organizer and is now the Operations Director in his capitol office. Antonio joined Blue Victory in February 2022.
Miriam Laeky - Principal
She/Her/Hers
Miriam Laeky, a first-generation Ethiopian/Eritrean-American, is a passionate community organizer and policy advocate from Texas. At just 25, she made history as the first-ever Black, Gen-Z executive director of the Texas Legislative Black Caucus. Under her guidance, the caucus championed landmark bills like The CROWN Act. Her commitment earned her a spot on the inaugural Forbes 30 Under 30 Local List in Austin. Through every achievement, Miriam remains dedicated to creating equitable public policy and meaningful community engagement.
Logan Davidson - Principal

With nearly a decade of political experience, Logan Davidson has worked at every level of Texas politics—using his unique background to help elect Democrats up and down the ballot. After earning a BA in Public Relations from Texas Tech and an MBA from the University of North Texas, Logan worked for a variety of elected officials and campaigns across Texas.
